This is my version of quality shower time :)

1. Make sure you have enough time. It's easier to enjoy your shower time when you don't have to hurry. If you are in hurry, just have a regular shower time.

2. Use your favorite soap and shampoo. Hmm... I prefer using liquid soap, but it's still okay if you use bar soap. Choose the one with your favorite aroma. And for shampoo, just choose the one that 'suits' you most :)

3. Use shower puff, and feel the softness of the foam (well, what's the best word for it?)

4. Love to sing? Just sing your favorite songs! :)

5. Use cold water for morning shower and warm water for evening shower. Cold water gives you freshness and warm water gives you relaxation.

6. Feel the 'water massage' effect on your head and back.

7. Imagine that your problems, pains, depressions, etc. go out of your head/heart/soul and flow away with the pouring water :)

8. You can use other products, such as facial scrub or anything like that, if needed.

9. Use a soft towel.
